The day began with registration and a welcome in the foyer, followed by the official opening on the Diament Hall stage and the inauguration of the Ustroń Entrepreneurship Council, attended by local government representatives and fair organisers. The fair was opened by its founder, Bronisław Bujok, president of Konfero.
The programme included talks and panel discussions led by event and hospitality professionals, focusing on cooperation between activity providers and company retreat organisers.
Regional exhibitors, including Mokate, Czantoria Cable Car and Ustronianka, set up stands in the main hall. Participants talked at the stands between presentations, while coffee breaks in Gold Café encouraged informal conversations and new business connections.
