Konfero is a conference centre in Ustroń, in the heart of the Beskid Mountains – an hour from Katowice and an hour and a half from Kraków. Designed for large conferences, industry conventions, panel discussions and company meetings, it offers a professional setting with a relaxed atmosphere.

At 560 m², Diament Hall seats up to 450 people in theatre layout, making it one of Silesia’s largest conference halls. A 4×8 m LED screen, conference sound system with wireless microphones, dimmable LED lighting and a 12.5×4.5 m stage with backstage facilities are ready before your guests arrive.

Our conference rooms in Silesia host academic conferences, corporate conventions, board meetings, industry panels and multi-day training events. For live streaming, video recording or a dedicated stage, ready-made upgrades are available.

Ustroń is on the S1 route: around 1 hour from Katowice, 1.5 hours from Kraków and 4 hours from Warsaw. We work with nearby hotels and coordinate accommodation bookings for participants from further afield. A mountain conference centre with the convenience of a town.

How many people can the conference hall accommodate?

Diament Hall accommodates up to 450 people in theatre layout, 350 at long dining tables and 300 in banquet layout. The hall covers 560 m².

Is parking available?

Yes – parking for 110 cars right outside the building is included in the hire price. We arrange additional parking for larger events.

How far is it from Katowice?

Around 1 hour by car: Ustroń is on the S1 route. Bielsko-Biała is around 20 minutes away, and Kraków around 1.5 hours.

Can I hold a multi-day conference?

Of course. We offer discounts for subsequent days: 20% off day 2 and 25% off day 3 onwards. We also coordinate accommodation at partner hotels in Ustroń.

Can you provide conference catering?

Yes. Our catering modules include lunches, coffee breaks with continuous service or flasks, and banquet catering. You agree the menu with our coordinator.

How much does conference hall hire cost?

The price depends on the package and extras. Our online configurator provides an estimate without needing to contact us. Prices start at PLN 7,000 net per day.
