On your event day, Konfero hosts no other guests or parallel events. The space is yours from the first minute to the last.

A good company Christmas celebration has its own rhythm: a formal welcome, an unhurried dinner and time for conversations that rarely fit into the working year. Here is our suggested programme. We adapt the timings and activities to your company.

Activities marked optional are added on request. A waiting team serves dinner at the tables, and we organise the staff as part of your event.
Your team will feel the Christmas atmosphere as soon as they enter Konfero, with no need to arrange your own decorations.
Diament Hall covers 560 m². For Christmas parties, we arrange it so everyone can sit together and see the stage, without splitting the team across rooms.

These menus are a starting point; we always tailor them to your company.
For dessert, we also recommend traditional Silesian cake with sweet cheese, poppy seeds, apples, blueberries or plums. We take dietary requirements and allergies into account when agreeing the menu.
We quote the complete Christmas evening at one price per person, rather than itemising venue, equipment and staff separately, making it easy to compare against your budget per employee.
We add optional extras to the same quote, so you still see one total.
The price depends on guest numbers, your chosen menu and the date. We prepare a quote after a short conversation about your evening.
24 December 2026 falls on a Thursday, making the last pre-Christmas week short. Consider the first two weeks of December or late November. Monday–Thursday dates offer better rates than weekends.
‘Better value’ means a lower price per person for the same evening programme. We confirm date availability by phone or email.
Konfero is at Skoczowska 134 in Ustroń, on the main road from Bielsko-Biała and Katowice. A December evening ends after dark, often after a glass of wine, so it is worth planning the journey home alongside the event.

A typical coach seats around 50, so two serve 100 guests and six serve 300. We help arrange return transport from one meeting point.
Konfero has no guest rooms, but we coordinate bookings at partner hotels in Ustroń for guests who want to stay overnight.

A Christmas party outside working hours is generally voluntary. Even if attendance is expected, participation without work duties is not work and does not count as overtime.
Not if it is open to all employees on equal terms. Under Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal judgment of 8 July 2014 (K 7/13), such a benefit cannot be assigned to an individual, so there is no taxable income, Polish income tax or social security contribution.
Care is needed. According to rodzinaipraca.gov.pl, the fund does not finance typical events centred on food and drink, such as holiday celebrations. Christmas parties are usually paid from company operating funds. Details depend on the fund’s rules.
